Stellar 6 Stage Phaser
Stellar is a fully analog OTA-based 6 stage phaser. With only 4 controls it’s simple to use but still versatile and covers tons of genres. VOL can boost the output which helps the effect stand out more, WIDTH controls the peak frequency in the phase sweep, RES controls the feedback to make the effect more or less intense and SPEED covers a wide range- from 24s to 250 ms!

Around 12:00 is unity, boost to the right. Speed: Sets the speed of the effect. Width: Sets the width of the phaser sweep. Narrower sweep to the right. Wider sweep settings will go into higher frequencies, making the effect more dramatic.

Stellar sounds great with guitar and bass! The volume boost is useful for standing out when using modulation. The WIDTH knob controls the peak frequency in the phaser sweep- basically you pick which is the highest frequency that gets modulated. The RES knob makes the phaser more or less intense by injecting the modulated signal back into the OTA circuit. It makes the effect more dramatic and intense. The range of speed settings is huge and goes all the way down to 24 seconds!
